Mr. B. B. Patil is Master of Social Work & Labor Welfare. Being a Govt. Authority, he handled various labor issues in different sectors. He got retired in 2010. From his wide experience, he found there is a need for quality and professional services in the domain of HR for companies. Thus he formed RESOURCE in June of 2011. Then onwards Mr. Patil has managed to establish a very strong team of SME's, who provide various services under one roof.
